What You Should Know About Pustular Psoriasis


If you are experiencing outbreaks of blisters that are filled with white pus and are surrounded by red skin, then you have pustular psoriasis. These pustules are not contagious. Pustular psoriasis primarily affects adults and typically stays in one specific area of your body. Inner medications or particular topical medications are possible triggers for pustular psoriasis. Other triggers include an occasional pregnancy or too much exposure to UV light. You may also get an outbreak of pustular psoriasis if you have taken steroids for a long period of time.
